What if the pile is bigger than the photo showed?
We only charge more if there is more than you showed us, and we say so before we load it. You always get to say yes first.
Do I have to be home?
Not if we can reach it. Garages, porches, a rental with a lockbox. Tell us how to get in and we send photos when it is done.
Is the photo price really the price?
Yes. That is the whole point. The number we text is the number you pay unless you add more on the day.
